Upcoming ED Event: SBCX Training for Woman-Owned Small Businesses

Good Afternoon,

The U.S. Department of Education’s (ED) Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU) is hosting an online Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB) training for ED’s Small Business Customer Experience (SBCX) Database on Tuesday, March 16, 2021 from 1:00PM-2:00PM EST. The primary purpose of this event is to introduce and explain the use of the SBCX site. During the event, we will cover user registration, profile population, overall site use, and commonly reported site issues. Attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions throughout the presentation. We look forward to your participation.
